Florida’s Butterbean Beach Weather: What to Know!

Posted July 30, 2018 12:04:49It’s hot, and summer is here.

That means it’s a great time to be outside and enjoy the sun, but it’s also a great season to head to the beach, according to experts.

“It’s always a good idea to be out in the sun with the sun,” said Stephanie Sperling, a Florida State University beach safety expert.

“It’s a perfect time to enjoy the breeze and the sun.”

Sperling said that beachgoers can enjoy a cool breeze, a bit of sun and even some shade, if they plan on getting a little outside.

“That’s really important, because it helps cool the body and helps cool your skin and cool your airways,” she said.

“You’re more likely to be exposed to more harmful bacteria in the water than you are in the air.

You’re more susceptible to respiratory infections.”

Sparling said if you’re on the beach in the summer, it’s wise to wear sunscreen and stay hydrated.

But if you plan on taking the beach regularly, there’s no need to take any steps to protect yourself from the sun.

“The sun has been shown to be one of the factors that causes respiratory diseases, and you have to protect your lungs,” she explained.

“Just because the sun isn’t shining right now doesn’t mean you’re not exposed to the sun in the future.”

Spencer Breslin, an associate professor of environmental health at the University of Florida, said the Florida beaches should always be a great place to be.

“People want to be on the sand, they want to relax,” Bresling said.

“But the reality is, if you are walking along the beach or walking down the beach and you feel the heat, it means you are vulnerable to a respiratory infection.

So it’s important to make sure you’re wearing sunscreen and staying hydrated.”

The Sunshine State is home to one of Florida’s largest and most diverse populations, and Breslings advice to stay hydrate during the summer is simple.

“You’re going to need to wear sun protection and be hydrated during the summers,” she advised.

“We are not the sunniest place on the planet, so if you do have a cold or flu, make sure that you’re keeping yourself well hydrated and that you are getting enough sleep.

It is really important to stay well hydered and have your temperature controlled.”

Sterling also noted that if you need to be outdoors, make a decision on how much time you need.

“A lot of people have been getting out and walking around and doing a lot of things.

That’s fine, but then you also have to make the decision to spend time outdoors, and that’s what most people do,” she added.

“If you are going to be hiking and doing that, make that decision.”

For those who choose to get outdoors, the best advice for staying safe while on the water is to wear protective gear and stay away from the water.

“I just think it’s really wise to make it a habit of being on the right side of the beach,” Sperlings said.
